Goals and Benefits

The "International Executive MBA - Project and Process Management" is currently the highest-quality training program in the area of project and process management. This study program, which is unique in Europe, combines highly professional managerial basic training with general management know-how, and focuses on the area of project and process management.

Our goal is to convey management content with a strong scientific foundation, with special attention given to practice orientation. The MBA deals with the central challenge of leadership, finances, controlling, and law with an strategic-entrepreneurial approach. These skills allow you to competetively and successfully meet current international economic challenges in an environment that is growing more and more complex. The practice-oriented modules correspond with the strictest demands of economy and academia. This results in suitable training for project and process management, which has become a central job.

Venues:

The MBA program has three international venues: Salzburg, London, St. Gallen, Washington D.C. and Berlin. These individual locations offer great infrastructure with modern classrooms. They are part of an internationally-oriented concept.

• People who see their occupational future in the area of project and/or process management, and who would like to prepare themselves for international challenges via the knowledge transfer offered in the MBA-PPM
• Alumni of corresponding fields and branches of study who would like to receive further high-quality training in the area of project and process management.

• Teaching times: 8 modules in 4 semesters, in blocks, full-time
• Venues: 3 different venues in Austria, Switzerland, USA, Germany
• Costs: € 25,200.- (to be paid in 4 partial amounts)
• Acceptance criteria: University or comparable degree, good English skills. Assessment interview for all applicants. Candidates will be selected by the course director.
• Number of participants: A maximum of 25 people per year will be accepted for the Project and Process Management MBA
• Exams: Partial exams, Committee exam, Master Thesis
• The internationally renowned postgraduate degree MBA - Project and Process Management degree is awarded on completion of the course, by the University of Salzburg
